Pricing

We offer very competitive rates for the quality of service that we provide. We aren't the cheapest carpet cleaning company out there but remember the old saying, you get what you pay for. This is very true for the carpet cleaning business. Why would you want to "Cheap" out on your valuable carpet and upholstery investment? We encourage you to do your homework before hiring a company. We will do the best to provide you with answers and advise before you make your decision.

We are now offering tiered cleaning packages. This allows you, the customer to decide how much you want to spend. Everyone's situation is different and by offering different cleaning packages we can better accommodate your needs.

Note: We have a minimum service charge of $65.00. This is because it still takes time to drive, setup and tear down the equipment.If you only have a 5x5 area that needs to be cleaned, remember that we can clean any or all of you area rugs and/or furniture to make sure you get the most out of the minimum charge.

This package is great for rentals or just to freshen up your carpets.	This package is great for your average scheduled cleaning. We recommend it for people living alone or couples.	This package is suited for people that have pets and children.	The ultimate in cleaning. For those really bad carpets that need major help or for people who want the best. :) Either way, you'll be amazed!

*Rooms over 250 sq/ft will be counted as 2 rooms. Likewise, if you have 2 rooms cleaned and the total area is under 250 sq/ft, they will only be priced as one room. It's best to call for an estimate as every house is different and we are flexible with pricing.

*** We don't move anything under 5 lbs because this is considered a "Knickknack" and you should have all small items and breakables moved before our arrival. We will also not move any items of furniture that have breakables on them. Items over 150lbs are not moved to prevent injury to our cleaning technicians.

Lets say you want the economy package, and you also want a deodorizer applied but you don't need all the other extras of the gold package. No problem. I've included a list of the extras you may want to add on. So you can start with the economy package and go from there.
