Services Carpet Cleaning We utilize the hot water extraction cleaning method. This method is often referred to as steam cleaning. This is the preferred cleaning method by almost all carpet manufacturers. We use a very powerful truck mount cleaning machine that is able to produce water temperatures of over 200 degrees Fahrenheit, and has enough vacuum power to have the carpets dry in as little as one hour.
Upholstery Cleaning We offer upholstery cleaning for many types of fabric. We clean couches, love seats, recliners, dining room chairs, and much more. Since we utilize the Hot Water Extraction cleaning method, if your furniture has the letter 'S' on the tag that's usually located under the cushions, we won't be able to clean it using water. Vehicle Upholstery Cleaning Your car is a huge investment and this service is the perfect way to help maintain its value. When people schedule to have their carpets and upholstery cleaned in their home, they often forget about their vehicle. Sometimes people don't realize that we offer this service. Since we live in Western New York, and the winters do a number on the interior of our cars with all the snow, salt and dirt. Spring and fall are the perfect times to have your car upholstery and floor mats cleaned. We do offer the service year round however. A few common questions have been asked recently regarding vehicle upholstery cleaning. The first one is price. We charge $65 for car interior, and $75 for van and SUV interior. Some may think this is high, but this is the most thorough cleaning available for your cars upholstery and it usually takes about 45 minutes to and hour or more to complete. This isn't a quick in and out cleaning. Also, for your convenience we come to you to do the cleaning, because of this though we have travel time and gas costs to account for. You will be more that happy with the results though. Another frequent question is how long it takes to dry. Because of the powerful cleaning equipment we use the average drying time takes anywhere from 1 to 4 hours. Many factors come into play such as the humidity that day and the amount of cleaner we have to use to clean up the soil. If you need to drive the car right after, you can put a white towel down on the drivers seat to prevent your backside from getting damp.
Ceramic Tile / Hard Surface Cleaning Ceramic tile cleaning is a relatively new service that we offer. Mopping is great for routine cleaning, but your floors need to be deep cleaned at least once a year. Having your hard surfaces cleaned by a professional will remove all the dirt and grease that gets built up in the grout lines. The image below is a kitchen of a customer that keeps a very clean home. As you can see, a mop is no comparison to the job of our cleaning system.
